The Inside of a Sophisticated Home
Its' a long time since I put up something here. I got these wonderful pics of a fabulous house in the Middle East. I think the house looks very classy and sophisticated. The white sofa blends with the white wall to lend a very expansive feeling. The red cushions and the large paintings add just the right dose of colour.

Cool pools to bathe your eyes!!!
Isn't it relaxing to sit by the sea or any kind of water body for that matter? Well designed swimming pools are sooo inviting and cool....Here are some pools which kinda caught my fancy. The one you see above with the Dolphins in the middle is in Kochi which is in Kerala.
This exotic looking pool by the beach is in Dubai. These pools have been decorated with Mosarcs glass mosaic tiles. By the way Mosarc is a company which deals in glass mosaics & ceramic tiles among others.
Ceramic tiles have been used in this one. I guess the tiles do create a magic of sorts. Makes the difference between a tank and a luxurious bathing experience.

The Parumala Church
I travelled through Mavelikkara and Niranam in Kerala and got a chance to go to the famous Parumala Palli. Palli in malayalam means church.
The church got redesigned a couple of years ago by the famous architect Charles Correa. It looks as though it may be dark inside because you can't see any windows. But guess what, it's very airy inside.Lots of air circulation and light.
